Pinning the Go Panel
If you want the Go Panel to stay active when you switch your add-on or tool, you can use Blender’s Panel Pin switch. Simply right-click the Go Panel‘s grip icon to pin the Panel.
You may also consider creating a separate window for the Go Panel by going to Window > New Main Window. In the new window, join all the areas and make it a 3D Viewport. There are apps like DeskPins (Windows) that will give you an option to keep the floating window always on top of your workspace.
