Install (Blender 4.2 & higher)

1. Download Frame_Jumper_vX.Y.Z.zip.
2. In Blender, go to Edit ▸ Preferences ▸ Extensions, then switch to the Get Extensions tab.
3. Click the down-arrow button ⬇️ (top-right) and choose Install from Disk…
4. Navigate to the .zip file you downloaded in Step 1 and press Install Extension.
5. Open the Installed tab and enable Frame Jumper with the checkbox.
6. Close Preferences — the tool now appears in the Dopesheet header.

Install (Blender 4.1.1 & lower)

1. Open Blender.
2. Go to Edit ▸ Preferences.
3. In the Preferences window, select the Add-ons tab, then click Install…
4. Navigate to the downloaded .zip file (Frame_Jumper_vX.Y.Z.zip).
5. Select the file and click Install Add-on.
6. After it loads, enable the add-on with the checkbox next to its name.
